Pricing

One monthly figure. Backup included, not upsold.

We quote after a 30-minute scoping call, because the honest number depends on the role and the hours. Here is exactly how engagements are structured and what moves the price.

What moves the number

The four factors behind every quote

No hidden multipliers. These are the variables we work through with you on the call.

FactorWhy it matters
Weekly hoursThe primary driver. Part-time focused roles cost meaningfully less than full-time coverage.
Coverage windowBusiness hours in your timezone is standard. Evening, weekend, and extended windows require deliberate staffing.
Function complexityMedical billing, dispatch, and bookkeeping need more sector training than general administration and scheduling.
Systems involvedA placement working one helpdesk trains faster than one spanning a PMS, a CRM, and an accounting platform.

FAQ

Straight answers about cost

Why are there no prices listed on this page?

Because an honest number depends on the role, the hours, the coverage window, and how much sector-specific training it needs. A published rate card would either overcharge simple roles or under-quote complex ones. You get a fixed monthly figure in writing after a 30-minute scoping call, before you commit to anything.

What drives the cost up or down?

Four things, in roughly this order: total hours per week, whether coverage extends into evenings or weekends, how specialised the function is (medical billing and dispatch require more training than general admin), and how many systems the placement has to work across.

Is the trained backup an extra charge?

No. Backup training is part of every placement, not an add-on. It is the core of how the model works, so charging separately for it would be strange.

Are there setup fees or long lock-in contracts?

Onboarding and training are included in the monthly figure rather than billed as a separate setup fee. Terms are covered plainly on the scoping call — you will not find a commitment in the small print that was not discussed out loud.

How does this compare with hiring in person?

A local hire carries salary plus payroll taxes, benefits, equipment, workspace, recruitment cost, and the management time to run them — and if they leave, you pay the recruitment and training cost again. A placement consolidates those into one monthly figure, and the backup means turnover does not restart the cycle. We will do that arithmetic with your actual numbers on the call.

Can I change the hours later?

Yes. Most engagements start with a defined part-time scope and expand once the role proves itself. Scope changes are agreed in writing and training follows before the change takes effect.

Thirty minutes to scope the role, then a specific number — no obligation attached to either.
