Privacy notice

What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This notice explains how TrackDrive Pro ("we", "us") handles information collected through trackdrivepro.com. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because a privacy notice nobody can read protects nobody.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the role you are enquiring about, your indicated coverage needs, and the description you write about your requirements. We collect this because we cannot answer an enquiry without it.

Information collected automatically

When a form is submitted we record the IP address and browser user-agent alongside it. This exists solely to identify and block automated spam submissions.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and, on some pages, photographs from Pexels. When your browser requests those files, those providers receive your IP address as a technical necessity of delivering the file. We do not control and do not receive that data.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a scoping call.
  • To prepare properly for that conversation.
  • To keep a record of business enquiries we have received.
  • To detect and block spam submissions.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry. If you decide we are not a fit, that is the end of the correspondence.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to our business address at info@trackdrivepro.com and stored in that mailbox. A copy may also be written to a server-side log on our hosting account as a delivery failsafe. Access is limited to people at TrackDrive Pro who need it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for business record-keeping. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Your choices

You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email info@trackdrivepro.com and we will action reasonable requests. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour those where they apply.

Client data during a placement

This notice covers the website. Where you become a client, how your business and customer data is handled by a placement — including system access, confidentiality, and any sector-specific compliance requirements such as those applying to healthcare information — is agreed separately in writing during scoping, before any access is granted.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run a third-party analytics tracker at the time of writing. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the change takes effect.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is restricted to those who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information, patient information, or financial account details through the contact form.
