What TrackDrive Pro provides

TrackDrive Pro is a founder-led managed virtual assistant service. We place one dedicated, trained virtual assistant in your business for an agreed role, with a trained backup from day one, for clients in the UK, USA, and Canada as our starter markets.

Pricing and payment

There is no fixed price on this site, because every virtual assistant costs differently depending on the role and hours. You receive a custom quote after a free 30-minute discovery call. Payments are bi-weekly while a placement is active. A 3-day free trial is available before you commit to a placement.

Term

Placements are month-to-month with no long-term contract, unless a different written agreement is made for a specific placement. Either side may end a placement under the month-to-month terms agreed at booking.

How placements work

After a discovery call, a matched specialist is chosen and their backup is trained in parallel. Most placements go from discovery call to live in under two weeks. If a specialist is sick, on leave, or not a fit, the trained backup covers the account and replacement is handled by us. You remain responsible for giving your specialist the tools, access, and instructions they need to do the agreed work, and for keeping your own business data secure.

Fair use and limits

Virtual assistants work on the agreed role and reasonable instructions within that role. They do not replace regulated professional advice (for example, legal or medical advice) unless that is the agreed, qualified scope of a specific placement. We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, or revenue from a placement.
